The dormakaba ITL Intumescent Door Kits are available in 2 types and suit the following push button locks. Type 1 To suit 1000, L1000, 5000, 6200, E5000, E5200 & E5700 series locks. Type 2 To suit 7000 series locks (excluding 7106). The fitting of the intumescent material must be carried out in accordance with these fitting instructions. Please note that UK fire assessment 402559 REV iss 2 expired on the 1st October 2019. Due to testing house lead times, there will be a slight gap before any new assessment reports are available. dormakaba expects the new testing to be available in the first quarter of 2020. All existing UL/ULC fire testing date will still apply. Until such time, the fitting of the following intumescent pack does not offer compliance with current fire assessment standards. The specifier and the installer are responsible for ensuring this product is specified and installed in the correct application and within all relevant regulations.
