We placed an order for cylinder locks and I got the order wrong! Despite the out of return time and no obligation on their part Matt at CBS went out of his way to sort the issue out to enable us to return the original cylinders and arrange for the replacement ones to be delivered. As well as excellent customer service the quality of the locks is also great - would highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of custom with CBS Midlands Ltd and I can confidently say they are an exceptional company. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and professional. They provided excellent advice and guidance, ensuring we made the right decisions for our needs. Their expertise in doors and locks is top-notch, and I am sure that is the same with the windows and UPVC hardware. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services. A fantastic experience overall. Thank you very much
