If you choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address to the billing address, fill in the delivery address box with these details when placing your order. Please make sure that there will be someone present at delivery address to sign for the delivery. All orders require signature on delivery. We are unable to deliver to Post Office or Other Boxes as our carrier requires signature on delivery. The goods will not be delivered unless they are signed for.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You will need to use the link provided by APC to follow the parcel on the day of delivery.
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt, they will leave a card and contact number for you to re-arrange a delivery date suited to you. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period, the package will be returned to us.
