Description

The Codelocks ConnectShare CL5520CC is a heavy duty electronic digital lock and sashlock designed for high traffic access control applications. Combining a robust keypad and lever operated design with smart access functionality, the lock provides multiple methods of entry including PIN code, smart card, smartphone and NetCode®. It supports up to 350 User Codes and Smart Card users, making it suitable for commercial, educational, leisure and other applications where flexible management of multiple users is required. The CL5520CC can be managed using the Codelocks Connect App, allowing administrators to configure lock settings, manage users and review the activity log from a compatible smartphone. Smartphone users can be invited remotely, while Codelocks NetCode® technology enables date and time-sensitive access codes to be generated for temporary or scheduled access. NetCodes can operate without the lock requiring a Wi-Fi connection, making the system particularly useful where network connectivity is unavailable or impractical. For additional control, the ConnectShare platform provides functions including Code Free operation, Guest Code, Do Not Disturb, automatic Do Not Disturb, DND override and Lockdown, with permissions configurable according to the user. It’s combination of heavy duty construction, standalone operation and app-based access management provides a versatile solution for controlling access through frequently used doors. Available in brushed steel and solid black finishes, with the solid black version specified to IP44 it is powered by four AA batteries, with battery status monitoring and a visual low-battery warning to assist with ongoing maintenance, and there is a mechanical key override function provided as standard for additional access security and convenience. Auxiliary connections provide additional integration possibilities, including remote release, door/latch monitoring and lockdown functions. Designed for doors between 35mm and 60mm thick, the lock is vertically mounted and includes a mortice sashlock with a Euro profile cylinder and two keys. Clean by Codelocks is an optional finish available to special order on many Codelock products. The clear coating combats SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (COVID-19) and can reduce bacterial growth by 99.96%*, providing an additional measure of protection over sanitisation. Clean by Codelocks features an ISO certified photocatalytic coating which offers enhanced protection against viruses, bacteria, germs and other environmental toxins.
