The CHAMELEON Overnight Lock Gearbox has a 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm or 45mm backset with 92mm centres. It is a single or split spindle centre case with a 195mm or 202mm case height, 43mm or 50mm case width, and a 16mm faceplate width. The Chameleon Overnight Lock Gearbox is a temporary locking solution designed for use when the main multipoint lock has failed and a full replacement is not immediately available. It allows the door to be securely locked overnight while maintaining basic functionality. HandingThe latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw. OperationLocking Method – A: Lift the lever to engage the locking mechanisms, then turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, turn the key one full turn and push the lever down. NotesThere are various locking point extension pieces available, and it is supplied complete with an adjustable strike and packers.
