The AVANTIS Latch & Deadbolt Twin Spindle Gearbox has a 35mm or 45mm backset with 92mm and 62mm centres. It is a twin spindle centre case with a 220mm case height and a 53mm case width. This Avantis centre case features a latch and deadbolt configuration with a twin spindle setup, designed for use on multipoint locking systems commonly fitted to UPVC and composite doors. It offers a reliable replacement where the full-length locking strip remains operational.
