The Trojan 3D composite hinge is a fully adjustable door butt hinge designed for composite doors, offering up to 4mm vertical, 3mm lateral, and 1.75mm compression adjustments to ensure precise alignment and even load distribution. Engineered to support door leaf weights up to 100kg with three hinges installed, it features a rebated fitment for a secure and unobtrusive design. Tested to 100,000 cycles in accordance with EN 1191 standards, this hinge guarantees long-lasting performance and durability.
